On April 26, 2016, a group of 40+ EMBA members from GeorgiaTech visited EcoKMC Shanghai office. During the 2 hours presentation and discussion, Ms. Catherine Zhou, CEO of EcoKMC, shared her knowledge and experience on the Challenges and Opportunities on China’s Urbanization market, and what it means to American businesses in the next 30 years.
Ms. Zhou said, “I was simply sharing my experience and observation on the urbanization, and talked a bit on our strategy of how we ought to participate this market from a U.S returnee’s point of view, but did not expect that GeorgiaTech’s EMBA students would be genuinely interested and asked so many great questions…”
Ms. Zhou returned to China from the U.S in 2009, where she worked as General Manager and Corporate VP for two U.S companies before she joined EcoKMC in 2015.
Ms. Tereza Wodehouse, Head of Asia Department at GeorgiaTech, commented, “The feedback from the group has been wonderful – they really enjoyed the meeting and appreciated the candid, open discussion and insights. And it will be great to repeat such event again with our E/MBA program.”
